記者：上個月國防部例行記者會上，發(fā)言人宣布第十屆北京香山論壇將于10月底在京舉行。請進(jìn)一步介紹論壇籌備情況。
吳謙：據(jù)了解，截至10月25日，已有俄羅斯、美國、英國、沙特、伊朗、巴西、印尼、越南、柬埔寨、斐濟(jì)等90余個國家、地區(qū)和國際組織官方代表團(tuán)確認(rèn)出席。其中，國防部長級和軍隊(duì)總長級代表30余位，東盟秘書長、紅十字國際委員會副主席、亞信秘書長、上合組織顧問、阿盟駐華代辦等國際和地區(qū)組織代表也將參加。本屆論壇參會代表數(shù)量和層級創(chuàng)歷史新高，特別是發(fā)展中國家、國際和地區(qū)組織的參與度大幅提升。
本屆論壇聚焦全球安全倡議，設(shè)4個全體會議、8個平行分組會議，還將舉辦“高端對話”“中外名家對話”“中外青年軍官學(xué)者研討會”“孫子兵法專題研討會”等專題研討，并組織特色參觀活動，拓寬研討廣度深度，為促進(jìn)世界和平安寧貢獻(xiàn)智慧。論壇期間，中央軍委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)將與有關(guān)國家防務(wù)部門和軍隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)舉行雙邊會見活動。目前，論壇籌備工作已基本就緒，熱烈歡迎國內(nèi)外嘉賓的到來。

Wu Qian: As of October 25, official delegations from more than 90 countries, regions and international organizations, including Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Brazil, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Fiji, have confirmed to attend the forum. There are over 30 ministerial representatives and military chiefs, as well as representatives from international and regional organizations including the Secretary-General of ASEAN, the Vice President of the ICRC, the Secretary-General of the CICA, advisor to the SCO secretariat, and the Arab League's charge d'affaires to China. The numbers of participants and senior officials are both higher than previous years. In particular, there is a big increase in representation from developing countries and international and regional organizations.
This year's forum will focus on the Global Security Initiative (GSI). There will be 4 plenary sessions and 8 simultaneous special sessions. In addition, we will host a high-end dialogue, an expert dialogue, a young officers and scholars seminar and a seminar on the Art of War, and will arrange cultural tours. We hope to see broader and more in-depth discussions at the forum and a greater intelligent contribution to world peace and stability. Preparations for the forum are almost done and the carpets have been rolled out for all the guests.
