9月26日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局副局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校答記者問(wèn)。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，臺(tái)灣從美國(guó)購(gòu)買的首架F-16V預(yù)計(jì)9月底出廠交付，美26家無(wú)人機(jī)制造商竄臺(tái)。“美在臺(tái)協(xié)會(huì)”臺(tái)北辦事處處長(zhǎng)近日稱，不排除未來(lái)美臺(tái)開(kāi)展武器聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)的可能性。但有媒體披露，美國(guó)援助臺(tái)灣的武器中發(fā)現(xiàn)大量發(fā)霉防彈衣和過(guò)期彈藥。請(qǐng)問(wèn)對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？

Chief of the Taipei Office of the America Institute in Taiwan said recently that there was a possibility for the US and Taiwan to jointly manufacture weapons. Meanwhile, some media reports said there are large numbers of moldy bulletproof vests and expired ammunitions in weapons assisted by the US to Taiwan. What's your comment?
張曉剛：我們堅(jiān)決反對(duì)美國(guó)同中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)開(kāi)展任何形式的官方往來(lái)和軍事聯(lián)系。當(dāng)前臺(tái)海和平穩(wěn)定的最大威脅，是“臺(tái)獨(dú)”分裂活動(dòng)及外部勢(shì)力的縱容支持。值得指出的是，無(wú)論美對(duì)臺(tái)軍售，還是開(kāi)展所謂武器聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)，絕不是為了“保臺(tái)”，而是把民進(jìn)黨當(dāng)局當(dāng)“冤大頭”、把臺(tái)灣當(dāng)“提款機(jī)”，對(duì)臺(tái)傾銷過(guò)期陳舊的庫(kù)存武器，養(yǎng)肥自己的軍工復(fù)合體。我們正告民進(jìn)黨當(dāng)局，“棋子”終將是“棄子”，迎合美方禍臺(tái)害臺(tái)難逃歷史和法律的嚴(yán)懲。解放軍將采取一切必要措施，堅(jiān)決挫敗任何“臺(tái)獨(dú)”分裂圖謀和外部勢(shì)力干涉。
Zhang Xiaogang: We are firmly opposed to any official and military contact between the US and China's Taiwan region. Currently, the biggest threats to peace and stability across the Taiwan Straitare are the "Taiwan independence" separatist activities and acquiesced support provided by external forces. Whether it's US arms sale to Taiwan or so-called joint manufacturing of weapons, the true purpose is never protecting Taiwan but using the DPP authorities as a dumb cash machine to dump obsolete and stockpiled weapons and feed the US military-industrial complex. We warn the DPP authorities that the fate of a pawn is being abandoned. Those courting the US to damage Taiwan will be punished by time and justice. The PLA will take all necessary measures to defeat any separatist attempt for Taiwan Independence and foreign interference.
