國防部：菲勾結(jié)域外國家搞南海聯(lián)合巡航不得人心

8月16日下午，國防部新聞局副局長、國防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校就近期涉軍問題發(fā)布消息。
記者：據(jù)報道，美菲澳加近日在南海開展聯(lián)合巡航，聲明此舉旨在共同應(yīng)對海上挑戰(zhàn)，維護(hù)國際法和基于規(guī)則的秩序。在此期間，中國人民解放軍南部戰(zhàn)區(qū)位黃巖島附近?？沼蚪M織了聯(lián)合戰(zhàn)巡。請問對此有何評論？
Question: It’s reported that the US, the Philippines, Australia and Canada recently carried out a joint patrol in the South China Sea. The four countries said in a joint statement that they stood together to address common maritime challenges and uphold international law and the rules-based order. Meanwhile, the PLA Southern Theater Command held joint naval and air combat patrols near Huangyan Dao. What’s your comment?
張曉剛：黃巖島是中國的固有領(lǐng)土。中國人民解放軍南部戰(zhàn)區(qū)新聞發(fā)言人已就黃巖島附近?？沼蚵?lián)合戰(zhàn)巡情況作了說明，這完全是中方維權(quán)應(yīng)變、維護(hù)地區(qū)安寧的正當(dāng)之舉。
Zhang Xiaogang: Huangyan Dao is part of China’s inherent territory. The spokesperson for the PLA Southern Theater Command has made statements about the joint naval and air combat patrols near Huangyan Dao. Such patrols are legitimate operations to protect our rights and interests, respond to contingencies and preserve regional stability.
南海是地區(qū)國家的共同家園，不應(yīng)當(dāng)成為域外勢力的“狩獵場”。菲方勾結(jié)域外國家在南海組織聯(lián)合巡航，違反《南海各方行為宣言》精神，危害南海和平穩(wěn)定，無論用什么來粉飾其錯誤行徑，都是不得人心的。美等域外國家歷來是說一套做一套，對國際法和國際規(guī)則合則用、不合則棄，也正因?yàn)樗麄兝瓗徒Y(jié)派、挑事生非，南海才難以風(fēng)平浪靜。中方將繼續(xù)采取必要措施，對侵犯中國主權(quán)權(quán)益、破壞地區(qū)穩(wěn)定的挑釁行動予以堅決回應(yīng)。
The South China Sea is a shared home for countries in the region, not a hunting ground for external forces. In breach of the spirit of the DOC, the Philippines colluded with outside countries to carry out joint patrols in the South China Sea, undermining regional peace and stability. Such acts will find no support, no matter how sugarcoated. Some outside countries, the US in particular, often say one thing while doing the other, and take a selective approach to international law and rules, utilizing or discarding them as they see fit. It is because they are ganging up and provoking troubles that the South China Sea cannot be tranquil. The Chinese side will continue to take firm and necessary measures against provocations that violate China’s sovereign rights and interests and harm regional stability.
