國防部：抹黑中國摘不掉美國“黑客帝國”的帽子
MND: Smearing China Can Not Help Remove the US Label as the Empire of Hacking
4月16日下午，國防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校就近期涉軍問題發(fā)布消息。
記者：美國家情報總監(jiān)辦公室近日發(fā)布《2025年情報界年度威脅評估》報告稱，中國是美最大軍事和網(wǎng)絡(luò)威脅，“中國軍方可能計劃使用大語言模型”開展信息欺騙行動。請問對此有何評論？
Question: The 2025 Annual Threat Assessment released by the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence claims that China is the biggest military and cyber threat for the US, and that the PLA likely will use large language models for information operations to generate deceptive content. What’s your comment on this?
張曉剛：美國指責(zé)別人的事，要么它曾做過，要么它正在做。美國是中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊的主要來源地，也是人所共知的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間公害。從“維基解密”到“斯諾登事件”，從“星風(fēng)”計劃到“電幕行動”，美方在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間為所欲為，無所不用其極地搞監(jiān)控、竊密、攻擊，劣跡斑斑、令人不齒。抹黑中國摘不掉美國“黑客帝國”的帽子。我們要求美方停止賊喊捉賊，停止對包括中國在內(nèi)的世界各國網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊，以負(fù)責(zé)任的言行還人類一個清朗安全的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。
Zhang Xiaogang: The US often accuses others of what it did or is doing itself. The US is not only the main source of cyber attacks against China but also a well-known cyber threat to the world. From WikiLeaks to Snowden, Stellar Wind, and Telescreen, the US side has a poor track record on cyber issues. It would stop at nothing to conduct surveillance, steal secrets and attack others. Smearing China can not help remove the US label as the empire of hacking. We require the US side to stop acting like a thief crying “stop thief”, refrain from launching cyber attacks against other countries including China, and restore a clean and secure cyberspace with responsible words and actions.
